What is benchmarking?
Benchmarking or the art of copying consists of evaluating what similar companies offer and seeing how we can use that information to take advantage of us in the sale of our products or services. That is why it is also called “copying”, although it is not a plagiarism of ideas, but rather the use of ideas adapted to our own needs.
